I recently downloaded the newest versions of msn messenger and plus! and now i can't change my nickname or open any options.. when i click tools > options, or just personal settings when i click on my nickname, nothing happens and then messenger crashes shortly thereafter... has anyone else had this problem or know what the problem may be? I've tried reinstalling but it still happens. i'm running xp pro

Are you using stuffplug?
If you are, try disabling the tab manager in stuffplugs preferences as that feature is known to cause the options window to crash.
