O.P. Huh?  RMVB or AVI Frame Extraction
Hi,
Can anyone recommend software that is able to extract RMVB or AVI frames and save them as JPEGs or any other image format?

Thanks,
David.

I managed to save the frames I wanted by converting my RMVB video to an AVI file using mencoder and the medibuntu non-free-codecs package (for the RealVideo codec). Then I used Avidemux to seek through the frames and saved them as BMP images.

Avidemux ftw...it's what I use to encode my videos to x264/AAC MP4s (playable in flash since version 9) :D
