I have down loaded 2 sound packs but cant find the files in order to create individual sounds fro my contacts login.

IWhen i select ther plugins, i asm not able to configure them either. i have tried unistalling and reinstalling them as well

can anyone help

Soundpacks are technically not available to be used for signin sounds. They are mainly used for emoticon sounds.
