blocking incoming mails in hotmail?

O.P. blocking incoming mails in hotmail?
Is it possible to BLOCk email? Not mark it as junk (cos then it comes to junk folder anyway?)
And if so..how do u unblock somebody :| ?

Options/Mail/Custom Filters/New Filter/Set the email address you wish to block and choose "delete these messages"

That's what I thought, because I can't unblock/change any of my filters unless I opt out of the beta or wait until they upgrade it :S
