What do I do when I get this message?

I was trying to install a driver for my mobile phone and I got the message:

I've had it before and never know what to do because I don't have a SP2 CD.
I do however, have Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2.
So am I suppost to have a CD? Where can I get it?

I'm not paying for something I already have...

Well it doesn't accually say "It's free" but the £6 is postage & packaging.

Guess i'll have to burn it onto a CD..
How would I go about doing this? I have a CD Burner. Do I need to download SP2 again and extract the files to the CD?

in the error message picture you posted it says to insert the windows xp home edition sp2 cd, not a sp2 cd but the windows cd that you installed xp from.

Exactly, a "Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 CD"
My Windows XP Home Edition CD doesn't have Service Pack 2 on it.
Even if it did, it would only search for the SP2 files, which are exactly the same as the ones on the SP2 CD.
