No sound on video mode

O.P. No sound on video mode
Using my Laptop,if I select voice mode , all works ok. If I select Video mode then the image is ok but without any sound. The webcam setup wizard indicates all is working ok. Any ideas please. 
The setup works ok on my PC connected to the same modem.

What I'd recommend doing is just inviting both yours and your contacts webcams separately and the voice mode.

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work on Video. Does the green bar move when you talk into your microphone?
