O.P. Custom emoticon help
I have seen people with custom emoticons that are quite big and/or animated, but when I try to make a custom one it always turns out 19x19pixels and unanimated. Is there a way to make a bigger emoticon that everyone can see?

RE: Custom emoticon help
get Stuffplug, a plug-in for messenger plus!

it can enable oversized emoticons and display pictures

edit: do you mean that animated emoticons are 19x19 pixels when u add them, or non-animated emoticons?

stuffplug enables you to use large non-animated emoticons

RE: Custom emoticon help
To make them bigger, they have to be animated. UnFREEz is a small program to make animations. You can find it  here. Even if you don't want the emoticon to be animated, drag the .gif file into UnFREEz twice and create it. Note: The biggest the emoticon can be is about 49x49. Unless you get Stuffplug which allows over-sized emoticons.

I have stuff plug, but what I have learnt is that other people can't see the full sized emoticon
