O.P. Contact on/offline pop-up
I set Plus to have popups whenever a contact come online/goes offline, but sometimes even when someone comes online/goes offline there is no pop-up.

Even in the event log it doesnt show. Why is this? Can it be because that person isnt actually offline but just appearing offline?

Is, by any chance, your status set to busy when no popups appear?
