That would be because it's not public. I'm quite sure we'd be informed if it were.

Well, the earliest I've heard of WLM becoming officially released is sometime near the end of May, but that's not to say that there won't be a public beta anytime soon. And to RebelSean and the other BT's: yes, we would be informed of a public release, plus it would be listed on the MS website.
