I have installed msn plug but I see the big avater but the others not, serve us some plug in specific?

Are you talking about the StuffPlugin for Messenger Plus!? If so, The other contacts must have Stuffplugin installed to see your big display picture.

ok but also who has installed StuffPlugin does not see my image while I see theirs

They need to enable the use of bigger DPs in Stuffplug NG options too
