O.P. photoshop background help
i am trying to edit an image in Photoshop pro CS2.
i would like this image inserted over another but the one it is to be inserted over has a gradient and i would like to keep this and have it running through the image
is it possable to delete the background of the image i am inserting
and replacing it with "nothing" so that it  is the grdient once the image is inserted?

RE: photoshop background help
Try the background eraser: Look for the normal eraser in your tools pallete, right click on it and select background eraser.
YouTube closed-captions ripper (also allows you to download videos!)

ok - another problem ....

i couldnt use the image IN the b-ground as i realised it wouldnt be center on everyone's PC monitor so i cant use it.
so i decided to insert it to my web page as an image
BUT

now it has "dots" aroun it which i manage to overcome with the original image by having abackground and deleteing it but now there is no b-ground it isnt so easy.
is there anyway i can remove these other pixels easily and quickly?

(the website is here!
ignore the placing of the images and the fact that the same image is twice.

any help much aooreciated - thanks :)
