I'm quite pissed, any sugestions for me?

Well, it's not exactly hacked is it, it's just a layer over your original website. I'd just remove it and find the bug tbh, I wouldn't bother trying to find them or whatever.

Islam hackers have been hacking websites a bit these days. There annoying, they are wanting everyone to convert to there religon.

Yea but its not changed in any of the the forum files so I'm guessing its in the mysql database and I don't have access to that.

It appears to be a problem with PHPBB2. You'll want to upgrade that every time there is an update. 
I've seen the name PowerCobra before on a friends site that got hacked. I bet this is just the case of some script kiddy that wanted to be mean to you.

How did he do it then? Injection?

Probably. PHPBB has been known to have some very dangerous sql issues.

I cant do much in the admin because of the black layer covering the controls.

Have you fixed your board now, because I can't see anything abnormal.
