O.P. Huh?  System Tray Battery Icon
I am planning to change the power/battery icon in the system tray with Resource Hacker and Replacer...

So, a nice simple question...:P:D

What and where is the file that contains said icons?

Thanks,
Hyped

I can't say for certain, but try looking in powercfg.cpl in your system32 folder, are these the ones you mean?
