im searching for a plugin like the build-in fonction from messenger to show your playing track in status just for windows...

For Windows Live Messenger (WLM - MSN8): MSN Messenger Now Playing Plugin (gen_msn), this one comes for different MSNM versions even special ones for WLM (WLM reads song info differently).
