O.P. PLUS dissapeared after upgrade
I received a pop-up indicating a new version of PLUS was available so accepted the download.  The install went as expected and Messenger started when the update was complete.

However - after logging in my custom names were gone and then found the PLUS tool-bar was also missing.   With my Gates paranoia at an elevated level, I went to the PLUS web site and downloaded the available version and installed and all is now OK.

Anyone elese find this?

XP Pro with Messenger 7.5 build 7.5 0322

RE: PLUS dissapeared after upgrade
I have just had a very similar issue.  Auto upgrade removed plus features from messenger after it re-started.  Manual download and upgrade also did not work either though.  I am running Messenger 7.7.032 and was installing Plus pack 3.63.0.148

Why have i never heard of any such version :S

What i would suggest is that you could go to http://www.msgplus.net/download.php and download Messenger Plus! 3.63.148

Then you could uninstall the old version and reinstall the downloaded file and try it out :)

RE: PLUS dissapeared after upgrade
whoops - sorry that was a typo on msn version.  Anyway, I uninstalled msgplus which only worked after I disabled the msgplus.exe process.  Then re-installed and all seems OK again, though it did have to do a repair of itself and re-boot the PC again.  Thanks
