Are you using Firefox? That seems to be a problem for me as of recent with alot of sites, including Messenger.

RE: Msgplus.net Flash Problem
yeh, I'm getting it to in Mozilla firefox and ie6. I've tried reinstalling flash 2/3 times but no difference.

The message displays at the top about it:

but with the other flash box it still works:

RE: Msgplus.net Flash Problem
I can confirm that.
I thought that my Flash player was messed up after reinstalling my PC.

I went to flash website and auto-download+installed the player, checked it msgplus.net.
Then I realized it was version 6 (stupid macromedia).
I reinstalled the player again (version 8), but the problem persists until now.

Edit: I'm using Avant (IE6-based engine).

RE: Msgplus.net Flash Problem
I'm getting the same problem in firefox, have been for a while. Not sure what's up. Flash works absolutely fine on all other sites (I have the latest versions of firefox & flash).
