Guys I really need this, my cousin needs to present a report on college tomorrow and her pendrive (where she stores everything) got really damaged (like a banana , careless people).. Now, when the pen is connected, folders don't appear no more.. Is there a way to recover data? Any possible method ?

Another thing :

Is there a way to recover erased files (through the recycle bin) ? Some software or something ? THANKS!!

EDIT: or use tuneup utilities it has a lot of system configure options and many other stuff good for you computer and it adds an undelete option to your recycle bin and a shredder to destroy all you deleted files... so nobody can recover them...

The above seems to actually work well (which can't be said for many other undelete programs out there).  It is fully functional in the 30-day trial mode, although limited to recovering a few files per day.

Unfortunately, it won't help you with a broken USB pen drive.
