What the talk-to-blocked-contacts-feature does:
- Enable the typing box when you try to talk to an offline/blocked contact.
- Let you recieve messages from those you've blocked, even when you seem offline for them.
Quite handy to use as invicible talker, but your contact will get confused seeing you typing when your status is offline...
Besides that, no problems at all!
