Usually when people are downloading files in under 1 second there having problems getting the copy of it that they actually want, and need to clear the cache to get an updated version.

i was downloading a youtube movy, and since it was already in my cache it finished in under a second

y were u downloading it again then?

i waited untill it loaded in the flash then used the video downloader to get it, jeez
