O.P. Can't See Emoticons x_x

Hello, I can't seem to see emotioncs anymore.. i'm not really sure why, I deleted all my msn files, then reinstalled it. and when i did i couldn't see emoticons anymore. Anyone know the problem?

Windows Live Messenger:

Version - 8.1 (Build 8.1.0178.00)

My Operating System:

Microsoft Windows XP 2002 Home Edition

Make sure you got "Show emoticons" and "Show custom emoticons" checked in Tools > Options > Messages
