no it has to be a floppy cuz the order is floppy/hd/cd in the bios, and i cant change it

Our school has a system called surf control and its really tough to beat plus we can't do anything because the admin has like stopped everything like desktops and downloads.

Insert a floppy into your floppy drive.
Go to My Computer.0
Right click floppy drive and select format.
Select the box that says to make it a bootable floppy disk.
Click Format.
