well i find going to msn support you get a reply faster and they still know what to say and to do. live support takes ages to reply.

[somewhat off topic] It took them less than 2 hours to reply [/somewhat off topic]

It might be something slowing down your computer. It freezes on my mom's computer periodically cause it sucks.

Ok, I'm gonna download version 787, and if that doesn't work, it's probably because my computer sucks. :p
