URGENT HELP (nothing happens when I click)

I am having a really big problem with msg plus live...

when i click on the msg plus! live symbol, the emotion sound symbol or the format panel nothing happens

i have installed Messenger Plus live and uninstalled it and signed in and out of messenger and it still doesnt work?

wat do i need to do
