I didn't get it...

What happens if it doesn't allow me to delete this file?  I get an error message telling me that it cannot be deleted that it is write protected.

I had the previous version of Messenger Plus installed before, which is where I think this comes from. Its ignoring my Messenger Plus live installation though, so I think we have the same issue...

i don't know how similar my problem is to any of yours...but i'm suffering from this problem and its driving me mad, that i'm more likely to throw out every single swear word i can think of at MSN and Messenger Plus with a gentle push.
Ok, here's my annoying problem: i've downloaded the NEWEST (according to the site) Messenger Plus  and WLM. HOWEVER, theres the 'plus' tab, but annoyingly,  it says it is NOT compatible. I've deleted everything and reinstalled it, and i'm really getting fed up with it, so is there anyway which this annoying thingy can be fixed without having me being hateful towards Messenger Plus and MSN, cuz to be honest, i'm beginning to hate this new msn.
The problem doesn't stop here. My sister claims that it is starting file shares of Messenger Plus with her in WLM. It sounds dangerous to me and is black naming me. So IS there a way to fix this annoying bug? and i'm more desperate to get rid of it and get it fixed than ever...cuz i'm gonna be away for a month.

Actually...disregard my angry post...i can finally post a happy post...cuz straight after my angry post, it worked! just like magic...
now i wonder wut happend to the /bigkiss quick text...i feel so alienised to this program again...

And you still don't know how it happened?
I have just reinstalled mine for the umteenth time, and it still wont work. Says 'software not loaded' - i miss its features!!!

Help me please someone!

That file that someone said to remove doesn't exist, and i've run out ideas...

Hey, I have the same problem as the first poster.

I have 2 users on my computer (WINDOWS USERS, NOT MESSENGER USERS).... I installed PLUS under my username (btw I have admin privileges) and the PLUS Menu doesn't even appear in my messenger window....(you know, next to HELP)..

But if I switch to the other user on the computer, PLUS is installed and working fine!!!

I tried everything already... uninstall messenger, plus, clean the registry. everything!!! I even copied the registry keys from the other user to my user.

Still can't see the PLUS menu!.

Im going crazy.... please help!!!!

I have the latest of both messenger and plus    792 and 235.

I tried the non-admin account, and the Plus is ok...
Why adminitrators can't use Plus?????
