Can somebody help me, since I downloaded the windows plus live, my winks and sound and to turn the messenger upside down doesn´t work, can somebody tell me how to make it work again?

If i use the winks they only appear if the person i am chatting to is busy and then it only appears on the busy border

Have you tried uninstalling MP!L(Messenger Plus! Live)? Does that help? If that doesnt then this aint related to MP!L.

I have tried to uninstall it and re install it but nothing changes, I was able to use this with my msn 7.5 and also with the plus 3.6, but since I got windows live beta, it is disabled in some way, i dont understand this

Just re-install messenger
- Uninstall
- reboot
- remove folder in program files folder pointing to it
- remove C:\Documents and Settings\<accountname>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\MSN ID Number
- reinstall
Use this for MSN ID Number

Note all emoticons, dp's etc will be lost. Backup them using Baisoft MSN/WLM Backuper

I have a similar problem.  My problem is that the emoticon doesn't show on my window, but the person I'm chatting with can see it.  And if someone sends me an emoticon, I won't see the picture, I would only see the code (eg. [smiley])

I just dl the new Messenger Plus. and have been importing scripts. when i first dl the plus my emoticons worked. after i started doin some scripts my emoticons stopped working alltogether. i cant see them and and neither can my contacts......ive spent months collecting these so someone plz HELP!!

what scripts do you have?.. my guess it is a script conflicting , disable them an then enable one by one by testing before you enable another one

ok it was the capitol letter one....i liked that one best too....is there anyway i can still use it and the emots at the same time ?
