I keep getting the error "software not loaded"

I have the latest versions of both MSN Live and MsgPlus Live, but when I install MPL I keep getting "software not loaded" in the plus tab. Can anyone help me at all?

I tried everything there and still no luck. Originally I had gotten one of the leaked version on soft pedia but I uninstalled that after it had not worked. MP!L refuses to work no matter how often I install and uninstall.

EDIT: I got it working after totally erasing anything that was remotely related to MSN.
