Could someone tell me how to get my nickname coloured? i tried before and it worked then i stopped using it for a while and it will no longer work.

Im typing in "/nick *ctrl*k" then picking a colour, am i doing something wrong?

Are you getting an error message when you press enter?
You need to make sure there is a space after /nick.

You can also open the Messenger Options (Tools > Options) and there is a Format button that Plus! has added to allow you to add formatting. (This is only available in Windows Live Messenger.)
