C:\DOCUME~1\WiLo\LOCALS~1\Temp\msgpl_ffd9.tmp\spinstall.exe = trogen virus.... please explain!

Where did u download MP!L from? And how can u say that the virus is with MP!L for sure ^o). The folder "msgpl_ffd9.tmp" could be created by anyother application also.

Some anti virus programs detect the Optional Sponsor program as a virus when infact it is not. No need to worry.
