and the custom emoticons panel in Messenger Plus! Live? Does'nt exist?
I NEED the panel. to many emoticons to remember all commands

The short cut *** ( *** bracket key for emoticon panel in a chat window is not coming anymore as in previous versions............

Hope it is understood .. during a convo if u use bracket ( it triggers a panel for emoticons that you have ..
