Does anyone have a script that enables you to use Flash or animated GIF as a display picture?  Of course you can pay for it at Blue Mountain or Meego, but you don't really get the DP you really like.   

No, this is not possible due to technical reasons..licenses, stamps etc. etc.

Believe me, if somebody ever finds a way to do this (which I doubt, but it is not impossible (not very likely to happen though)) he will be probably very rich.

I am sure a lot of WLM users are willing to pay 1 or 2 $ to have their own SWF as a DP...

Don't forget hackers, having a swf as a DP could be very very dangerous for the receiving person.
