Need help! (lost sentences in chat history)

My Messenger Plus! Live always loses some sentences in my chat history.
I don't know it is a bug or something else. Pls give me a hand! Thank you very much!

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall?

Yeah, I have reinstall it several times, but it still oblivious! Do you think it is a bug or I have something else to fix it? Thanks!

Well that is not normal. Try uninstalling everything. WLM and plus! Downloading both again and then reinstalling. It may do the trick.
