Is it possible to make something like
/kick <screen name or part of user name>

if your in a group chat?

No, the protocol doesn't allow this.

You could make a program that the person you dont want will be kicked like this:
First the sscript needs to know the person you want to get rid of.
it will then tell a message to everyone in the chat to close the window.
then it will open up a new group with everyone without that person.
It would be complicated but possibly possible
