What is Auto Hey?

Auto hey is a script that replys to your contacts.

When someone sends you one of the following:

• Hello
  
• Hey
  
• Sup
  
• ello
  
• hiya
  
• hi

you reply with Hey!

Why did you create this?

Educational Reason + i never can be bothered to type hey so i thought it would be a good idea

Commands

/heyon - Turns the script on

/heyoff - Turns script off

/heyonoff - tells you if the script is on or off

there are also menu items that do the same things.

This is kinda a really cool script! Sure it's pretty basic, but it's better than I can do!... It'll come in handy when so many people are talking to me at once....

Just think if somebody sat there and said hey/hello/etc to see if you'd say it back.


Oh... and now that I got it... a suggestion... Can you somehow put a delay on it, like, so that you're not replying so fast ... Like, just to make it seem like you typed it.

Nice script , I modified the auto-message and i added some more words to the list of messages that triggers the auto-message. But you should try in the next version to be able to add some own words that trigger the auto-message and to be able to customize the auto-message instead of doing it by editing the file .

Very cool, allthough as Zaphid said, it would be better if it was downloadable, in an update maybe, to have more messages it regconises. Such as "Safe" as i get that alot and "Whats up".

Other than that a very handy and cool script good job
