Hi!

My sister's boyfriend asked me to do a poster for the horse show their hosting at their resort.

It's an A3 (4961x3508) Poster, so I wanted to ask what is the best format to save the image in, since it needs to be high quality. Size is no matter here. Thanks :)

I think PNG but others will think different.

If that is a poster which needs to be printed, it should be according to the standards of the printshop. That almost never includes a PNG and certainly not a JPG or GIF... (unless you want serious crap quality).

In most cases, it is a PhotoShop graphic made in CYMK colors and with at least 5mm cutmarks around the picture etc... Ask the printshop for proper details.
