Not Windows Movie Maker, but useful nonetheless: http://www.videohelp.com/faq#screenshot

Windows Movie Maker can take snapshots (screenshots) from video clips. So can NeroVision Express 3 & NeroVision 4 (although the NeroVision options are not free).
