O.P. MSN does not load up
you see i have recently installed msn and its been working fine and suddenly it stopped working...
practically it does not load up but its in my processes i tried uninstalling+reinstalling and restarting my comp..
.i installed msn 7.5 again it works perfectly so i installed msn 8.0 and it doesnt load up but its still in my processes...8o|(N)(N)(N)(N) does anyone know why ???

All of the files detected by HijackThis seem fine, it doesn't look like you have any malware on your computer whatsoever :s.

Try this:

Restart your computer, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Windows Live Messenger. Then go to C:\Program Files\ and delete the "MSN Messenger" folder. Then press the windows key+r and type in "regedit". Then navigate through HKEY_CURRENT_USER to Software > Microsoft and delete "MSN Messenger" do the same with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKEY_USERS and HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG.

I'd use any registry cleaning software now just to clear any files that aren't needed :). Reboot the computer again after you're done.

Then reboot your computer, go to http://messenger.live.com and download Windows Live Messenger.
