I downloaded Windows Live Messenger and came here to download Msg Plus Live so it started to donwload and when it got up to 6% it kept loading (the papers went into the document and the red star went on it) but the percentage stayed at 6 and I waited a while but it still stayed at 6% why is it doing that??

Try downloading from my mirror -  http://www.feluowns.com/MsgPlusLive-401.exe (I know the site sucks). That may do the trick.
