i cant use tabbed chat all my messages windows appears in differents

Next time, try adding some punctuation, it's hard to understand what you're trying to say. Drop the caps lock too, please.

messenger Plus! preferences > Conversations > Tabbed Chats

Make sure the setting "Group all my chats in a single tabbed window" is checked.
