I dont know that the subject has been discussed before, is there any possibility to add a button msn live main window (near color changer, msgplus button etc..) for my script?

I think it's only possible by patching WLM (Mess patch for example can add it's own buttons). You could always try and create a PlusWnd interface and position it, but it wouldn't really look to great I don't think
