Sometimes, i hear the sound "Type" when nobody is writing to me, I don't even have a conversation window open!
The strange thing is, It's the older "Type"-sound, the one that Windows Messenger had, you know, not as soft as the "Type"-sound we have now.

Hmm, i had this before but it turned out it was my imagination

I, go to Messenger options -> Alerts and sounds and make sur all sounds are good.

All those sounds are unchecked, so it has noting to do with them. It also doesn't have anyting to to with the Event Notification in MsgPlus Live.

Try this
Start -> Run -> mmsys.cpl -> Sounds tab
and restore the windows default sounds.

i hear a phone ringing every so often, whether my neighbour just has a stupidly loud i don't know but its kinda worrying i think tis a real sound but my head has made sounds before. ¬_¬
