You know when you want to open a file or save the file in a program, there'll be a small view of your folders popping up for you to select the destination, ya? Well... something weird just happened to that dialogue in my computer. Instead of arranging by name, it now arranges by last modified as default. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING!!! >.> I do not know why it is now like this, but it makes my life a lot harder. =( Please, if you know how, give me a solution. Please pretty please! Thanks in advance.

tried right clicking in the file area of the dialogue and choosing Arrange By - Name?

It'd still be last modified again every single time... It's just like how you change it to last modified and you come back getting name again because it's the default one...

open any folder in explorer, set the order to arrange by name or whatever, then go to Tools > Folder Options > View tab, and click "Apply to all folders".
