No, it isn't.

There is no Messenger Plus! version (by Patchou) for Mac at all.
Maybe it will be in the future....

thank you... fortunately it's not me having a mac I don't know what I would do without Plus

There won't be a Messenger Plus! for Mac for many reasons. First demand, your in the minority, most people are Windows users so making the program could be a waste of time if hardly anyone uses it. Second thing is Patchou (the creator) does not own a Mac, so he cannot really test the software. Thirdly half the features could not be coded in the current Messenger Plus! because the API for Mac and MSN Messenger for Mac is very different. Finally, MSN Messenger for Mac is mainly used for office use and most of Messenger Plus! features are for enchanting Messenger, however chat logging would be very useful .

So don't expect Messenger Plus! to come out for Mac, it's just not practical enough
