honestly all you need to do to make an expert looking website is use lots and lots of layers this is simpler than installing windows use the wysiwyg interface in frontpage then create 20 or so layers then set bg colours and pics then put what you want in them it requires no effort and if you can't choose a colour scheme find a relitive picture pixelate it in cs2 then use some of those...

if you can manage windows you can write a webpage.

Frontpage sites != professional sites, no mater how many layers you use

Frontpage makes fugly html, frontpage layouts arn't liquid. Frontpage is the definition of unprofessional design ;)
