hi.. weeks ago i installed  the new "Windows Messenger Live!" as it is called... and after i installed the msg plus live! thingie... but after  a week buzzing with this new msn... i had prolems which was i cant sign in!  it gives me  the "THROUBLESHOOT" erorr!...i've made agian a new hotmail account.. and same thing happened! after 5 emails cant work on it anymore... i decided to downgrade my msn agian to 7.5... and since then never had another problem with it!

can anyone tell me how to fix the problem!?!??!?!?? please i would  like to agian use the new msn!

and by the way.. i re installed it over 10 times!

What error code do you get when you get the troubleshoot message?

dunno whats  the code its a time now since i'm using agian the msn 7.5

I don't think you'll be able to fix the problem without the error code. Maybe you should install again and check.

well then let me install it agian and then i tell you the error code what it is

well ive just installed it agian... and when i tried to sign in the  error code was:

Error Code: 80048802

Extended Erorr Code: 80048439

i tried  agian to login now and it gave new error code...

Error code: 80004005
