Ventrilo is basically like skype, but works faster less delay etc and you talk instantly with many people at once.

Anyway i want to set up a ventrilo sever on my host but i really dont know how , i have no idea.

You can't install applications ON your site.. You can only do that if you have Terminal Server with administrative permissions or SSH access with root permissions.

Most web hosting accounts do not offer the level of access you'd need to install Ventrilo, so chances are you can't. 

Also, the public version is limited to 8 slots and the licensed version is (basically) only available to hosting companies.  Most people simply rent a hosted Ventrilo server -- there is a directory of hosting companies that offer it on the website.
