hi, I 'd like to ask to how do you save the last chat message.

what I mean is when you're done chatting with someone then you close the chat window and then when you open the window again of the same person your chatting the last chat message is still there.

I want to know how is that?

This is a Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger 7.x feature.

In the main contact list window, go to Tools > Options > Messages (or Chat) and it should be in there. Something along the lines of "save the last few lines of chat".

You may need the default chat logs for Windows Live Messenger turned on (these are the .rtf ones that are saved in C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\My Received Files\Chat Logs\ not the ones saved by Messenger Plus! (Live).
