O.P. [request] Use Plus! Chat Logs In Chat Window
I have a request. Would it be possible to use the chat logs made by Plus! to show up in the chat window after its closed, instead of the ones made by messenger?

Mainly all I need are time stamps to show up... :).

I took a glace thru the script database, but didn't see one.

Go to Tools > Options > Messages and tick "Show Timestamps on messages".
This will show a timestamp on all messages, but it will only have minutes, not seconds.
If you want the timestamp to have seconds in it, the you willl just have to wait for Stuff plug 3, and hope that it is a feature in that. I know it was a feature in the old stuffplug so hopefully it will be in the new one.

This doesnt work for the chat history showing up in the convo...

I don't know how it could be done some other way...
There isn't a way to send text to the local chatwindow only (as far as I know)

So it can't be done, OR your contact will see the history (quite annoying... when you open a window, he will receive a flood of text, not really an option) OR someone must find a way to send text localy...

AFAIK and IIRC, Patchou was working on some "action text" feature for scripts which would send a local message. I thought I've heard this somewhere, but I can't confirm it. *-)

If there would be such command, it's just the trick of getting the chat logs directory from the registry, reading the last lines of it and sending it in an action text. ;)

Yes, it was suggested in the Scripting API Wishlist
But as for now, it isn't possible yet...

Okay so the short answer is, no. I'll wait for an update to Plus! and maybe then it will be possible :).

Its just a hassle to open the chat logs (via the viewer) to see the time stamps.

Thank you for you're replies everyone :).
