When opening the exe file, I get 'MsgPlusLive-401.exe is not a valid win32 application'

Clear cache and redownload from the official site or download from my site here (on download choose Local) then try installing again.

Uh.. I wonder which caches should I delete. Plz specify the probable location. I'd appreciate your help.

Internet cache:
Open/start Internet Explorer (browser): Tools > Internet options > general tab (probably on that already)..under temporary internet files click "remove files" button.

Well yea, my site has moved since i posted that..sorry for not updating the link. You can click on my sig image to go to the correct site. Plus! (old and new) can be found in the db (files page)..on download choose "local" to get it off my site, choose "main" to get it off Plus! website.
