As you can see, there's no buttons (invite, activities, block, etc.).

Just appeared like that (Maybe when I downgraded from 8.1 to 8.0) . I've tried reinstalling (which I would have thought would fix the problem).

ok i found the problem... but because I'm dutch it is a bit hard to explain... but I'll try anyway...

open a convo and click on the menu button (next to minimize) then choose tools(??) --> show toolbars(??) and place a tick at both options. (It is the first one (standard(??)))
