Hi, my son has an email address, and I cant seem to sign into it for him, I dont think I am doing anything different, I put in his hotmail addy and password, and it will sign in for hours if I let it.

I am sorry if I dont have the right part of the forum, and I looked to see if I could find the answer, but I couldnt

Are you sure the password is correct? Your son might have changed it. Also could you provide us with the error code you get so that we can help you .

There is actually no error message.

I put in his email addy and password, and it continues to sign in without actually signing him in, and just continues till I cancell it
